In December of 2008, we took a Vegetarian cooking class.
Well, On thursday the 12th of Febuary, we baked some delicious mushroom, tofu, soy cheese, tomatoes, and black bean green enchiladas with sides of salsa, white bean hummus, baby lettuce, whole grain black rice, and guacamole.
MMM Good.
