Reminiscing

We are 21 days away from celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. It is hard to believe the time has come and gone so quickly. 5 years ago this time we were busily trying to put a backyard wedding together over 6 weeks. That was a wonderful time, full of happiness, dreams, and a metaphoric open window into a brand new world for us. Now again, the subtle blush of spring is upon us with warmer days, the giddy chirping of birds, and the peaking of tiny flower buds all around. Truly, another brand new world full of new wonders and stories is about to awaken! And with this friendly reminder from Mother Nature that spring is upon us, so too washes in the sweet memory of our little backyard ceremony nearly 5 years ago on a sunny spring afternoon in March.
