We got to stay at our favorite Saint Louis Hotel, the Ritz-Carlton - a top floor suite nonetheless on the Club level. It turns out a Radiology group was also staying at the hotel for their annual meeting on the Club Level to decrease the bar bill as the drinks are free when you are on the top! Marisa got two job offers in under five minutes while enjoying a chardonnay. Quite a view of the City from there.
We got to visit Jean, Aunt Kitsy, Uncle Tom, Cousin Kate and second cousin Sophia. And of course Bella and Puffy! With Jean we laughed and laughed at old times and new places and just being in the moment. It was a real joy. Guy and Jean pose for a pic at a local thai restaurant.
We also got to have a wonderful and delicious home cooked vegan meal as Kate cooked for all to enjoy. Smiles and good times were abound....and Sophia shared her two wonderful new kittens for all to see. Below Jean, Kitsy, Guy and Tom in the moment.
Next time we look forward to staying a bit longer to see more family and friends. Guy did manage to briefly visit with a longtime friend Jim.
