Philip, Cindy and Max graciously took us out for a delectable dinner at our favorite restaurant last Sunday evening: Neo of Melaka, Tucson's premier Malaysian restaurant. Above is a cute photo of all of us. We rarely get to spend time like that together, although we definitely love having family in Tucson, and being so closely attached to our little (but rapidly growing!) nephew. If you haven't guessed from our lack of blog entries, we have been busier than all git-out this summer, and it's starting to feel oppressive in the most exhausting way! When that old trust fund kicks in we'll be feeling a lot happier. Ha!
Anyway, in about a week, we leave for a visit with the Hawaii branch, providing some much-needed R n' R. Not surprisingly, we haven't done a thing to prepare for the trip, although our main worry rests only in whether Eric and Melissa have enough wine in the fridge, and we can deal with that small problem when we arrive!
