Happy July 4th

Happy Birthday America!

July 4th is a day we remember our founding fathers and the precious inheritance of freedom that they secured for us. And while every year it our birthright slips farther away from the origins, we still have much to celebrate.

Our country has deep roots within the principles of freedom from overbearing rulers, onerous taxation, and the right to live our lives as we see fit. It is a tree of independence won after decades, and even centuries of abuses that unscrupulous, corrupted leaders and big governments visited upon their subjects. Americas founders knew there was a better way, and they forged it here on this soil.

While today our government encroaches upon these rights through countless provisions and numerous laws ignoring constitutional enumerations, we must not forget we still are holding these rights dear to our hearts.

Marisa and I celebrated the 4th of July by forming a band and a recording studio. Our first draft of our first song is here for those that dare to listen... as we are still working on the input/output noise, etc.

(Marisa's voice is much better than mine, hence Guy just played guitar....)
