Born December 5th, 1997
Phoebe turned 12 yesterday!
No one can deny that she still has the energy of a puppy, the appetite of an army, the sweetness of Mother Teresa, and the zest for life of Tony Robbins! She was treated to a car ride and a 45 minute walk, and was later spoiled with some new toys and treats. Happy Birthday little girl!
