Life has quickly and quietly slipped back into the routine, a large percentage of which is occupied by work. We had left our housekeeper a note the other day that said something like (in Spanish), "We are sorry that we have not seen you lately, but we have been working a lot." She answered that we were very fortunate because there are so many people right now that do not have the privilege that we have to work. We had not thought about work as such a privilege, at least not for some time, but in light of the economy of today, it certainly should be noted as such, and our beloved Martina is, of course, right!
